Juicy and colorful, sour and sweet – berries are a great source of health boosting antioxidants and vitamins. Berries bring sweetness to any healthy meal and at the same time are low in calories.
Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackcurrants & redcurrants are often used in jams, cakes, pies, muffins and other berry desserts. There are berry juices, fruit wines made from berries and even beer with berries.
Frozen berries may even be better for your health than fresh berries.
