Chocolate, one of the most popular candy, has some health benefits. Dark chocolate has a healthy effect on blood vessels and can lower blood pressure. Chocolate also raises serotonin levels in the brain and helps to fight depression.
However, it is better to eat desserts, especially pastry, moderately.
